This paper proposes a Facetist development model for Uganda centered on its cattle industry as a catalyst for sustainable prosperity. Drawing on systems and complexity theory, Facetism—a highly interdisciplinary structural method rather than a belief-based philosophy—integrates regenerative cattle raising, leather valorization, bone powder–collagen glue–resin–ceramic composites, and tourism synergies in the Fort Portal–Mbale–Kabale triangle. The model emphasizes material innovation, decentralization, geo-strategic regional linkages (Rwanda, Kenya, Congo), and pragmatic policies: tax reductions in key sectors, strong SME incentives, net-profit focus, and selective safeguards (e.g., 51% governmental stakes in major FDI) to limit large-corporate abuse while attracting beneficial investment. AI-driven modernization streamlines bureaucracy and cold-chain logistics. By rejecting intensive Western models and abstract climate agendas, the strategy prioritizes real environmental concerns such as groundwater pollution from fertilizers, pesticides, cement, and tanning chemicals.
